I am a graduate student in Computer Science at Rutgers University, currently working with Prof. Darrin York’s group. My primary focus is on full-stack web development for the group’s research infrastructure. I am maintaining and modernizing the main Theory website (theory.rutgers.edu) using PHP and MySQL, implementing improved publication management and CMS features. In parallel, I am developing a new database platform using FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, and RDKit to manage computational chemistry data and enable interactive 3D molecular visualization of molecules through 3Dmol.js. I’m also exploring practical AI/ML—using NLP and similarity scoring to improve author/alias deduplication on the publications pipeline, and prototyping model‑ready datasets for future QSAR or graph‑based predictions on ligand properties. My interests lie at the intersection of web technologies, scientific data management, AI/ML. I enjoy building tools that make scientific data more accessible and collaborative.
