Graduate student Erika McCarthy was recognized for her outstanding achievements in training and mentorship with the IQB Inclusive Leadership Award.

Erika, a former RiSE student herself, has spent the summer mentoring a RiSE undergraduate student, who went on to win a poster award for the work she has done over the summer with mentorship from Erika.
